By commissioning me to create a skin, you accept the
following ‘Terms & Conditions’.Please take the time needed to read through these carefully, as some of these are super important. c:• All requests are paid for BEFORE receiving the product, and all requests are non-refundable (i.e. You cannot place an order, then ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with the quality). I will not tolerate harassment, abusive comments or private messages. The reference image/skin renders however will be posted as a part of my portfolio.I will not be accepting cards from Amazon US, as purchasing things internationally has become super expensive, risky and simply not worth the hassle. Please check with your bank that you can do international transactions before commissioning. =w=
• Preferences •Communication is the key! I'd very much prefer to only take requests from english speakers (as this is the language I am most fluent in). If you are willing to use a translator, that is fine, however a translator is not always accurate and might cause a misunderstanding. Please consider this beforehand.All currencies are listed in USD, but will have to be converted to AUD for payments. This is done for the sake of convenience, as most people are familiar with the US currency and the conversion rate.All commissions start AFTER you have paid, not before the order, but I am willing to provide a sample of the skin if you are uncertain of the outcome BEFORE payment(s).
• Extra •Skin orders without a PRIORITY tag will usually be completed within 3-5 days. Unless otherwise specified, as I may be busier during the time of accepting your commission, so please expect these times to vary.All the payment options available have been listed. These are safe, and very well known (no, I'm serious, you can look them up!). I am working on replacing this method, so please bear with me.Variations are free of charge as long as they aren't too complicated.
I'm only willing to offer 2-3 variations of the skin ordered (again, as long as the request isn't too complex and can be worked through in the specified time). I am not obliged to offer variations, I have the right to reject a requst unless it has been paid for as extra.Revisions can be made up to 5 times for free per skin, after which you'll need to pay extra for any revisions or changes. You can pay for a set of revisions (5 extra revisions) at a time, for a total of $5 AUD.That's all the rules for now! <3
